Service Description

A short, focused session to fine-tune one specific thing that's come up since we last worked together — adjusting a training exercise, dialling in activity levels, or working through a particular sticking point. Not a full re-diagnosis, just a quick recalibration when you need one.

Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled according to the terms below. Please make any changes as early as possible. For services that require preparation, you will receive further instructions after booking. Please complete any requested questionnaire or preparation before the session.
